职位描述：
职位设立目的
该职位设立的目的是引领亚太地区的运营，尤其是在中国、泰国、印度尼西亚、菲律宾、马来西亚的代表处，与客户、政府及地方主要合作伙伴建立关系。
工作职责
确保政府部门的项目从始至终都能够顺利进行
通过证明Axios具备专业素质及能力使亚太地区实现战略目标，来建立Axios在该区域的地位
直接领导中国的团队（5个直接报告人），给其他国家的工程管理者提供支持
执行Axios在亚太地区的经济发展战略尤其是在中国
在亚太地区以建立更好更长久的伙伴关系为目标与各组织进行合作。确保客户对工作的满意度。
有效的发展和管理在该地区的国内和国际的利益相关者，尤其是在中国的。
确保Axios的战略、计划和执行都是与利益相关者的优先事项相一致的。
与利益相关者和Axios的管理团队沟通和协调，以解决悬而未决的问题与事件。
做为Axios在亚太地区的代表
工作关系
与政府、客户和主要的利益相关者发展良好的关系，尤其是在中国。与例如政府机构、非政府组织、政治团体和公众团体合作。
像Axios的各个部门一样，与Axios的网络机构的领导、捐赠项目的管理者和运输系统的主管合作。
Position Purpose
Axios is managing a number of access programs in countries. Such access programs include donated products to needy patients, which implies the set up of a special distribution system in parallel to the regular commercial one. In addition ordering the donated product and shipping it to countries requires also a parallel system. This position aims at coordinating these activities and providing technical assistance and quality assurance to countries.
Duties and Responsibilities
• Coordinate and centralize countries forecasts and prepare 12 months rolling forecasts
• Process orders from manufacturing site in a timely fashion
• Monitor and improve the flow of products to the countries
• Provide technical assistance to the country teams on:
o Forecasting needs
o In country distribution systems to health centers and to patients
o Procedures and processes
• Use distribution monitoring system for quality improvement
• Other duties as may arise
Relationships
• Reports directly to Regional Manager Asia
• Strong collaboration with the country teams
• Works collaboratively with data managers and Axios drug logistics experts
• Communicates with client/partner to provide them with forecasts and place orders

与健康相关管理经验的高等学位
有保健相关管理经验的高等学位
十年以上国际环境下的专业团队管理经验
有处理多方利益关系的经验
另外还要有一定的普通话技能

优秀的语言及书面沟通能力

Educational Background and Experience
• At least a Master degree in health sciences and/or other related discipline;
• A degree in pharmacy would be an advantage
• At least 5 years experience in procurement and logistics preferably in the pharmaceutical sector.
